How much does Manus Team cost?
Manus Team starts from US$20 per seat per month or US$200 per seat per year, based on the base level of 4,000 credits per seat per month. Owners and Super Admins can also purchase add-on credits in Team settings and enable auto-purchase to help prevent interruptions when credits run low.
How is Manus Team different from an individual plan?
Individual plans are built for one person's usage. Manus Team is for organizations that need collaboration-oriented administration, including team usage analytics, internal access control, shared resources, and support for SSO.
How do pooled credits benefit my team?
Credits are shared across all seats in your team. If one member uses fewer credits in a given month, the surplus is available to others. It gives your team flexibility without needing to manage individual allocations.
Can I invite external collaborators without using a paid seat?
Yes. Manus Team includes a free Guest User role. Guests can view shared deliverables, watch task replays, download files, and leave comments, but cannot create tasks or prompt the AI. There is no limit to how many Guest users you can invite.
Is SSO included in the Team plan?
SSO is available for all Team plans. For teams with 30 or more seats, SSO is included free of charge. For teams under 30 seats, SSO is available as an add-on for a flat fee of US$150.
Can I migrate tasks from my personal Manus account to my Team account?
Yes. If your team administrator has enabled data migration, you can bring your personal tasks, files, and history into your Team account.
What security certifications does Manus hold?
Manus is SOC 2 Type II certified and holds ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications. We maintain formal agreements with all LLM providers ensuring no data is used for model training. Visit our Trust Centre at trust.manus.im for full details.
When should my team move to Manus Enterprise?
Manus Team is built for groups that want shared credits, projects, and collaboration out of the box. Manus Enterprise is the right move once your organization needs stricter governance, for example enforced SSO and managed accounts, legal hold and live SIEM audit feeds, agent network controls, or per-user budgets and corporate invoicing.
